Sue Dean
Susan Dean is the General Manager and Co-owner of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. She has been employed since 1990. Although Sue has many responsibilities at DD&S, her primary focus is to oversee the financial well-being of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. Her previous education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master of Science in Sports Management with an emphasis in Coaching from Indiana University. She is extremely active in the Montrose Community as she was the Chairperson of the American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life" for 8 years. She has also served on the American Cancer Society's Pennsylvania Task force for 2 years, and has served a 2 year term on the Board of The Susquehanna County Chamber. Sue is very active and enjoys traveling and Golfing.

Jeffrey Dean
Jeffrey Dean is the President, Corporate Service Manager and Co-Owner of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. He has been employed since 1975. Jeffrey is responsible for new door designs, product shipping and customer relations. He is a Montrose High School graduate and majored in Furniture Manufacturing and Management at North Carolina State University. He has been very active in his community. He participates in raising funds for the American Cancer Society, the United Way and is a member of the local chapter of the Lions Club. He is a member of the Montrose Country Club, the National Wild Turkey Federation, the Montrose Minute men and Fire Department, and the Susquehanna County Quality Deer Management Association. Jeff enjoys hunting and playing golf. He is married to Diane Ross Dean and has a son Cameron and a daughter Heather.

Diane Ross Dean
Diane Ross Dean is the Manager of Marketing Operations. She has been employed at Donald Dean and Sons, Inc since 1989. She attended North Carolina State University majoring in Institutional Recreation Management. After moving to Northeastern Pennsylvania from Raleigh, NC, she has been involved with Customer Service for the Furniture Line and has attended Trade Shows held all across the country for the Unfinished Furniture Association and Karel Exposition since 1992. She is currently responsible for all Marketing Publications and information. Diane is very active in her community with the American Cancer Society where she was Chairperson of the Charity Golf tournament for 14 years. She is also active in the American Red Cross. Diane has been a successful volleyball Coach both on the high school and collegiate level; and is active in volleyball camps for young players in the area. She has been married to Jeffrey Dean since 1991 and she is very active in the lives of their children Cameron and Heather.

Candace Graham
Candace Graham is the Human Resource and Financial & Administrative Manager of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. She has been employed since 1999. She came to DD&S after owning and operating a country inn in Montrose for over 21 years. At that time, she was a member of the Susquehanna County Humane Society and eventually the President. Her other interests include needlework of all kinds, reading, cooking as well as golf, boating and fishing.

Robert Hawley
Robert "Bobby" Hawley is the Plant Operations Manager of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. He has been employed since 1974. Bobby has excellent knowledge of our product line and is responsible for all plant operations and is an important liaison between our production employees and our customers. He often travels to the shops of our customers to discuss new product line and quality issues. He was previously the owner of an Automotive Garage/Body Shop. His education has been "hands on" as he "learned from the best" with 15 years under Donald Dean and 28 years with Bill Dean. Donald and Bill were the original owners and operators of DD&S and they taught Bobby that they could do it all with productivity, maintaining quality first, and expecting the same. Bobby started as a laborer in the Mortise Department, and he eventually worked through every position and facet of plant processing. He was instrumental when DD&S consolidated their 2 plant facilities in 2004. Bobby is very active in his local community. He is the Youth Group Leader at his local church. He coaches little league baseball, recreational soccer, wrestling and basketball. He has been a Free and Accepted Mason since 1984, and Worshipful Master since 1990. He has been married to his wife Corrine for over 30 years and has 2 sons, Lee, a physics teacher and Assistant Soccer Coach, has his Masters of Science, and Andrew who is working on his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

Joe Reynolds
Joe Reynolds is the Purchasing Manager of Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. He has been employed since 1983. Joe is responsible for the purchasing of all materials for production, including lumber, machine and office supplies, and any other miscellaneous supplies for the facility. He is instrumental in the maintenance of our facility and production machinery. Joe is also very active with our Safety Committee and plays an important role in our excellent safety record. Joe majored in Earth Science at the University of Bloomsburg and in Hydrology at the State University of New York. He spends his spare time restoring old cars and working at home.

Beverly Conrad
Beverly Conrad is a Customer Service Representative at Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. She has been employed since 1988. For 15 years, Beverly worked in all manufacturing departments with the exception of panels and eventually graduated to quality control as part of the Inspecting and Shipping Department. This experience has given her extensive knowledge of our product line. She has been recognized for her accomplishments, having been named employee of the month on two separate occasions. Beverly is currently responsible for the processing, scheduling, and preparing of orders for production; additionally, she handles customer service calls and communication. Beverly also served as the Secretary on our Safety committee for three years. She assisted in developing our Facility Maintenance Program; which she still continues to monitor. She has been active in the Relay for Life to support the American Cancer Society. Her other interests include spending time with her two grandchildren, painting, needlepoint, card making, reading, and motorcycling.

Brandi James
Brandi James is the Team Leader for the Customer Service Department at Donald Dean & Sons, Inc. She has been employed at Donald Dean & Sons Inc. since 1999. She began her career at DD&S manufacturing doors. She became experienced in a variety of manufacturing areas before becoming an inspector in our Quality Control Department in 2001; eventually becoming the Team Leader of the department. In 2009 she joined our Customer Sales Team, bringing with her 10 years of hands-on knowledge of our door product. Brandi was recognized as a DD&S Employee of the Month. Starting in 2005, she served as the Chairperson of the Safety Committee; followed by her current position as Secretary. Brandi's involvement on the Committee was integral to DD&S receiving their Workplace Safety Committee Certification. Her other interests include spending time with her two daughters and supporting the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Red Cross.

Stacy Roberts
Stacy Roberts has been employed at Donald Dean and Sons, Inc. since 1999. She is currently the Inventory Control Processor and also honing her skills as a new Customer Service Representative on the DD&S team. Her duties include monitoring plant yields, lumber usage, on floor quantities and cost information as well as entering and placing into production orders along with communicating with customers. While attending Mansfield University, Stacy began working summers as a Customer Service Associate in the door department in 1996. Other former responsibilities have included accounts payable work, assisting in the implementation of our current data entry software, customer receptionist and involvement in software support. She has been named as an employee of the month on two occasions. Stacy has been around DD&S since she was young; as a child she often counted lumber with her Father before he retired after 40 years of service. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a Minor in History from Mansfield University and has completed several additional college courses in past years. She is an annual participant in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and is also a member of the local community band. Stacy currently spends her free time with her recently born bouncing baby boy Philip. Stacy also enjoys her second job as a waitress.

Ethelyn "Pestie" Roberts
Ethelyn Roberts, better known to those around her as "Pestie", was first employed as a communication specialist at Donald Dean & Sons, Inc in 2001. She is known at DD&S as "the person of first impressions" because her friendly voice is the first heard by customers when calling DD&S; her jovial spirit is contagious and lifts the spirits of many. She has recently added Accounts Payable and Receivable to her repertoire as well. Pestie has been recently recognized as the DD&S Employee of the Month. She is a cancer survivor and faithfully participates in the Relay for Life to raise money for research in the cure for cancer. She recently became a grandmother for the first time and spends all of her free time spoiling her grandson Philip. She also enjoys gardening and growing flowers.
